ABOUT THE AWARD
The BUV Student Awards 2025 recognize exceptional creativity, leadership, accomplishments, and contributions of individual BUV students and BUV student clubs, societies, organizations and student-led projects (hereinafter referred to as “student groups”) that demonstrate BUV missions, values and graduate attributes.
The Award Ceremony will take place on 15 November 2025 at BUV campus, with ten (10) team awards and eight (8) individual awards presented to the most outstanding individuals and student groups. Join us in celebrating stories of success, innovation, and community-building that embody the dynamic spirit of BUV.

How to nominate

The BUV Student Awards 2025 – Team Award Categories are now open for all BUV student groups to self-nominate. Please review the BUV Student Recognition & Awards Policy carefully to determine your group’s eligibility and the most appropriate award category.
Log in with by linking your BUV Microsoft Account to start the nomination process. Only official BUV student group’s emails are eligible.
Step 1: Click the “Nominate Here” button
Step 2: Select your “Award Category“. After that, a PowerPoint template for that category will appear — click to download and use it for your submission
Step 3: Upload your file and click “Submit“
Only submissions that use the correct template and include evidence from the eligible period (30 September 2024 – 22 September 2025) will be considered valid. Qualified nominations will be published on this website on 6 November 2025.
