This award recognises an active full-time international student enrolled at BUV who has not yet graduated by the award period end date. The student must show exceptional engagement and contribution to the student body at BUV through consistent participation in extracurricular activities, clubs and societies, student-led projects, and PSG programmes, while also serving as a cultural ambassador within the BUV community.

Selection criteria:
✓ PSG achievements:
▪ Shortlisted among the top 10 international students with the highest accumulated PSG points across all four quadrants of the PSG Programme.
▪ Participated in activities across at least two PSG quadrants, demonstrating commitment to personal and professional development.

✓University engagement: Actively contributed to at least one student club, student-led project, or University-wide event during the award period, with contributions verified by the relevant club president, project leader, or BUV department.

✓Community contribution: Made meaningful contributions to BUV student life, helping create a vibrant, welcoming, and inclusive campus environment.

✓Cultural connection: Served as a cultural connector, fostering mutual understanding, respect, and positive engagement between international and local students.

✓Personal Growth: Demonstrated consistent effort in personal and professional development through PSG activities and extracurricular involvement.

Winner selection: 100% Judging Panel from the data records of eligible candidates.

Award value: The award winner in this category will receive a monetary prize of VND 1,000,000 plus a commemorative plaque.
