This award recognises an individual who consistently displays enthusiastic engagement and exceptional performance within the PSG Programme, particularly excelling in the Work and Career Readiness quadrant.

Selection criteria: It is advantageous if the student:
✓PSG achievements:
▪ Shortlisted among the top 5 eligible students with the highest accumulated PSG points and a diverse range of PSG activities within the Work and Career Readiness quadrant throughout their BUV journey, up to the award period end date.
▪ Earned a strong number of PSG points in the Work & Career Readiness quadrant during the award period, from the beginning of the Autumn Semester of the previous year to the end of the Summer semester, demonstrating continued commitment and achievement.
▪ Earned PSG points for each of the remaining quadrants of the programme by the end of the award period.

✓Professional impact: Participated in activities that strongly influence professional development and make positive contributions to former/current employers.

✓Professional representation: Represented BUV students’ professional advancement and career development on social media platforms and in interactions with potential employers. Gained at least 01 professional experience.

Winner selection: 100% Judging Panel from the data records of eligible candidates.

Award value: The award winner in this category will receive a monetary prize of VND 1,000,000 plus a commemorative plaque.
