This award recognises an individual who consistently displays enthusiastic engagement and exceptional performance within the PSG Programme, particularly excelling in the Social, Cultural and Emotional Development quadrant.

Selection criteria: It is advantageous if the student:
✓PSG achievements:
▪ Shortlisted among the top 5 eligible students with the highest accumulated PSG points and a diverse range of PSG activities within the Social, Cultural, and Emotional Development quadrant throughout their BUV journey, up to the award period end date.
▪ Earned a strong number of PSG points in the Social, Cultural, and Emotional Development quadrant during the award period, from the beginning of the Autumn Semester of the previous year to the end of the Summer semester, demonstrating continued commitment and achievement.
▪ Earned PSG points for each of the remaining quadrants of the programme by the end of the award period.

✓Social & community impact: Participated in activities that strongly influence social, cultural, and emotional development and make positive contributions to internal and external communities.

✓University influence: Encouraged fellow students to engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing social, cultural, and emotional development, which not only benefit the students themselves but also uphold the core values and graduate attributes of the university.

Winner selection: 100% Judging Panel from the data records of eligible candidates.

Award value: The award winner in this category will receive a monetary prize of VND 1,000,000 plus a commemorative plaque.
