Publicity Award

The award recognizes a club/society/student-led project that has used a variety of marketing & communications efforts to enhance its visibility and relationship with multiple stakeholders or partners and contribute to BUV’s brand and reputation.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY:

  • This category is open for BUV clubs/societies and student-led projects.
  • The nominated club/society or student-led project must be active from the October 2023 Semester until the Award Ceremony (25/09/2023 - 23/11/2024).
  • The qualified evidence is events/projects/activities that took place between the start of the October 2023 Semester and the end of the July 2024 Semester (25/09/2023 - 22/09/2024). 

 

 

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Enhanced Communication and Media Coverage: This club/society or student-led project has successfully improved its presence and branding, as well as made an impact in promoting the university’s brand, through the strategic implementation of effective communication channels, utilizing social media or other platforms to reach a wider audience beyond BUV.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: The club/society or student-led project has formed collaborations with other internal BUV and external stakeholders via sponsorships or partnerships that create long-term meaningful partnerships and outreach.
