Most Supportive Club

This award recognizes the club or society that has demonstrated exceptional support for BUV, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

• This category is open to BUV clubs/societies.
• The nominated club/society must be active from the October 2023 Semester until the Award Ceremony (25/09/2023 - 23/11/2024).
• The qualified evidence is events/projects/activities that took place between the start of the October 2023 Semester and the end of the July 2024 Semester (25/09/2023 - 22/09/2024). 

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Volunteer Support: This club/society actively engages in volunteer activities to support BUV clubs/societies and BUV departments in their events, projects, and activities for the BUV student community. 
• Promotion and Advocacy: This club/society actively promotes and advocates for BUV and other clubs/society/student-led projects through social media, word-of-mouth, or by increasing their visibility and support.
• Resource Sharing: This club/society is willing to share its resources, knowledge, and expertise with other clubs and school departments. This can involve providing access to equipment, facilities, and materials, and offering guidance or training to help other organizations thrive.
