Member Engagement Award

This award recognizes the club/society or student-led project who have effective ways to strengthen teamwork & engage with the members and foster a sense of community, loyalty, and participation. 

ELIGIBILITY:

• This category is open for BUV clubs/societies and student-led projects.
• The nominated club/society or student-led project must be active from the October 2023 Semester until the Award Ceremony (25/09/2023 - 23/11/2024).
• The qualified evidence is events/projects/activities that took place between the start of the October 2023 Semester and the end of the July 2024 Semester (25/09/2023 - 22/09/2024). 

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Membership Commitment: The club/society or student-led project members showed consistent participation in the club activities, events, meetings, and other initiatives. 
• Inclusivity and Diversity: The club/society or student-led project created a welcoming and inclusive environment for members from various backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. This includes providing opportunities for all members to participate and feel valued.
• Leadership and mentorship: The club/society or student-led project provided regular mentorship and guidance for the improvement of all club members.
• Positive Culture: The members have maintained and fostered a supportive and constructive environment for others with opportunities for individual growth.
