In the Member Engagement and Development Award category, Event Club of BUV aligns with all of the four essential criteria: Member commitment, Inclusivity and Diversity, Leadership and Mentorship, and a Positive culture. Serving as both a professional workplace and a cozy home, EC unites all members regardless of backgrounds, valuing diverse perspectives and nurturing an atmosphere of learning, working, and relaxing. Through events such as Halloween 2024 and Christmas 2024, EC actively encourages members to grow professionally, speak their mind freely and engage positively in our events. They are also opportunities for members to showcase their abilities and knowledge, leading to a strengthened and more well-connected community.
