Publicity Award

The award recognises a club/ society/ student-led project/ organisation that has used a variety of marketing and communications efforts to enhance their visibility and relationship with multiple stakeholders or partners, not just within BUV but also the external community and public, which contributed to BUV’s brand and reputation.

Eligibility:
✓ This category is open for BUV clubs/ societies/ student-led projects/ organisations.
✓ The nominated club/ society/ student-led project/ organisation project must be active from the beginning of the Autumn Semester of the previous year up to the date of the Award ceremony.
✓ Only events, projects, or activities that occurred between the start of the Autumn Semester of the previous year and the end of the Summer Semester of the current year will be considered as valid evidence for the nomination.

Selection criteria:
✓ Enhanced communication and media coverage: This club/ society/ student-led project/ organisation has successfully improved their presence and branding, as well as making an impact to promote the university’s brand, through the strategic implementation of effective communication channels, utilising social media or other platforms to reach a wider audience beyond BUV.
✓ Collaborations and partnerships: The club/ society/ student-led project/ organisation has formed collaborations with other internal BUV and external stakeholders via sponsorships or partnerships that create long-term, meaningful partnerships and outreach.

Winner selection: 100% Judging Panel.

Award value: The award winner in this category will receive a monetary prize of VND 5,000,000 plus a commemorative plaque.
