This award recognises individuals who have displayed the best performance within the PSG Programme while developing the BUV Lionhearted Spirit throughout their time at the university.

Eligibility:
This award is open to 10 final-year students eligible to graduate from BUV.
The student must:
✓ Complete the PSG Programme with 3 requirements fulfilled (Accumulate a total minimum of 500 PSG points, Gain points in 4 quadrants of the programme; Complete one of the professional experience options & alternatives)
✓ Accumulate a total minimum of 900 PSG points across all quadrants of the PSG Programme (equivalent to achieving at least Gold ranking).
✓ The student has a positive record and has not failed any modules.

Selection criteria:
✓ The students must meet all requirements outlined in the eligibility section regarding PSG points, PSG Programme completion level, and status.
✓ The students rank within the top 10 individuals with the highest PSG points in the PSG Programme, across all quadrants.
✓ In the case where students have equal PSG points, the selection will be determined based on the Lionhearted Characteristics, evaluated through the quality and quantity of activities in which they have demonstrated the five core qualities: Resilient, Confident, Strategic, Caring, and Leading.

Winner selection: 100% Judging Panel.

Award value: The award winner in this category will receive a monetary prize of VND 1,000,000 plus a commemorative plaque.
