This award recognises first-year students who consistently display enthusiastic engagement and exceptional performance within the PSG Programme during their first year at the university.

Eligibility:
✓ This award is open only to first-year students.
✓ The student must accumulate a minimum of 500 PSG points across all quadrants of the PSG Programme.
✓ The student must have PSG points in all quadrants of the PSG Programme.
✓ The student ranks within the top five individuals with the highest PSG points in the PSG Programme, across all quadrants
✓ The student has a positive record and has not failed any modules.

Selection criteria:
✓ The distribution of PSG points across each quadrant is reasonably balanced.
✓ The students demonstrate potential for leadership roles within clubs & societies and active engagement & support in university events organised by students and BUV departments.
✓ The students serve as role models, encouraging fellow students to participate in PSG activities.

Winner selection: 100% Judging Panel.

Award value: The award winner in this category will receive a monetary prize of VND 1,000,000 plus a commemorative plaque.
